I've been a LMT since 1995 and have training in many modalities, including: Lymphatic Massage, Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Acupressure, Trigger Point. |
I've been trained in many modalities, and integrate my technique and knowledge to create a massage specifically for you.
My therapeutic massage technique is a combination of Swedish, Trigger Point, Reiki, Cranio-Sacral, Lymphatic, Chakra cleansing. It is recommended you get Lymphatic massage about 3 times in the 2 weeks before surgery such as lypo-suction, and then again about 3 times within a two week period when you start healing (after a couple of weeks) after this type of surgery. Check with your doctor prior to making an appointment. Massage Therapy aids in detoxification of the body, reduction in the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia. Massages are cumulative, which means that the more of them you get, the more they help your body.
The lymphatic system vessels, capillaries, and nodes are dispersed through every part of your body right along-side the blood vessels, capillaries, and veins. This complex system transports toxins out of your body that are too big to go through the bloodstream. |
